Our Process

 


Pick up
 

  • Pick up is located in Bascom, Ohio. Depending on the items rented, we advise the renter to make sure to accommodate a vehicle to pick up items with depending on rental items. This would include: a truck, truck with small trailer or SUV.


 

  • Pick up and drop off times will be established & confirmed a week before you event. Pick up is typically the Thursday before your event and drop off is the Monday after your event.

     

  • Pick up is FREE of charge!


 

Delivery & Pick Up

  • Delivery and Pick Up are available within a 25 miles radius of our office in Bascom, OH and is subject to availability. 

  • Our travel fee starts at $75 however that is dependent on location, number of items rented and availability. 

Set up 

  • Additional $75-$200 (depending on the amount of items rented) can be added which will include setup up of all items and tear down at the end of the event.

Step 1

Browse our inventory and determine what items you would like to rent. Pricing and sizing are located with each item in our inventory.

Step 2

Next, please contact us under the contact form with your name, date of event and the items you are interest in renting. Please mention if you are interested in delivery or pick up.

Step 3 

Once received a contact form containing details, we check our books for availability and rental items. Daniel Decor Rentals, LLC will send you a Invoice & Rental Agreement which includes the 50% non-refundable deposit. This will secure your event day and items rented. 

Step 4

Daniel Decor Rentals LLC, will contact you at least 2 weeks before your event date to establish the final details. The final payment is due the day of pick up or delivery before you event date.
